Initial Sessions — Includes a health history, postural assessment: postural analysis of photos / gait (video) / functional testing resulting in a personalized routine of exercises and access to the PTX Therapy app. This is a two-part process with each session lasting 1-2 hours.
Follow up Sessions — Priced individually or as packages. Explore and create a path that will further your musculoskeletal progress toward your goals. Along the way you will be learning how to interpret your body’s feedback, what works and does not work for you. You will have access to the PTX Therapy app for your routine(s) and I will be available to you for any questions you have in between sessions.
Multi-Session Packages — Follow up sessions are available at a discount in packages of 6, 12, or 24, creating the opportunity to deepen and progress the work together.

PTX Therapy™
Your routines are delivered through PTX Therapy™, an easy-to-use app that allows you to access your exercises anytime, anywhere. Follow along with videos, print out instructions if needed, and track your progress—all while staying connected with me for feedback and support. Your photos and gait videos will be uploaded into PTX so you will have access over time.
What to Expect
Before our first session, I will provide clear instructions on how to take postural photos and a video of your gait (walking). These materials are essential for your postural assessment, which includes analyzing both your static posture (from photos) and your dynamic movement (from the video).
In session we will begin talking about your health history and your current symptoms. I will share what I learned about you from analysis of the photos/video and we will do functional movement tests together. From there, we’ll design a personalized plan of simple exercises to restore function, balance, and strength.
In the short term, you’ll gain an action plan- a personalized menu of exercises catered to your unique needs. By doing the exercises independently at home you will begin to align your body. As you do your Posture Work daily, you’ll learn what your body is trying to tell you through the (pain) signals it is sending and how to respond with care. As your daily movement practice evolves, you’ll feel empowered to go after your goals in life! My ultimate goal is for you to become self-sufficient and move into a maintenance practice routine where you will reach out to me when you need me.
